The cast is larger than life too, with colourful characters and talented animals, including spectacular scenes featuring wild horses, stampeding cattle, an array of bush vehicles and an unforgettable display of horsemanship. There’s even a mustering helicopter that swoops high above the arena to round up a runaway herd.

A highlight of the show is built around the competitive spirit of Australians, with the audience split into two enthusiastic groups, complete with free stockmen’s hats featuring distinctive bands branding their respective stations. Then it’s on for young and old as both sides of the arena barrack and cheer for their stockmen and women to bring home the ultimate prize of ‘top station’. This thrilling muster is an exciting highlight and showcases the incredible skills of both horse and rider.
