The Gardens are set on 31 hectares, just 10 minutes drive from central Surfers Paradise.

There’s an experience for everyone – smell and touch plants and flowers at the Sensory Garden, take a mangroves to mountain walk, check out the local species, visit the native Butterfly Garden or smell the roses in the Rose Garden. Fun for the whole family includes a stroll on the boardwalks around the lake, a children’s playground, a picnic in one of the many picnic area. Guided walks are available by prior appointment.

The Friends’ Centre, is now open, your hub for visitor information. The Centre is manned daily by our wonderful Friends volunteers between 10am and 2pm. Guided walks are available by prior appointment.

The Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens are open year round, from dawn to dusk each day
